Transaction Information
We collect and retain a complete record of all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on your gembira account. This includes the date, time, amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and settlement outcome. - Identity-verification services: We share your ID and proof-of-address documents with third-party KYC providers to verify your identity and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
- Hosting providers: Our servers are hosted by a third-party cloud provider. Your data is encrypted and access is restricted to our technical team.
- Regulatory authorities: We may share your data with government agencies, financial regulators, or law-enforcement authorities if required by law or court order.
All third-party processors are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

You have the right to object to our use of your data for any purpose beyond operating gembira and complying with law. However, if you object to identity verification or transaction recording, we cannot process your account and must close it.

- Account information is retained for 7 years after account closure. Transaction records are retained indefinitely for audit purposes.
