We at gembira operate a platform for sports betting and online gaming across supported jurisdictions, and we enforce a single set of terms that govern all user access, account creation, deposits, withdrawals, and play. Bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank and clearing-house timelines. We guarantee that your funds are transferred to your payment provider; we do not control the speed at which your bank or e-wallet completes the final deposit to your account.

There are no withdrawal fees on gembira. Your balance is transferred in full to your chosen payment method. If your withdrawal fails (for example, if your e-wallet account is suspended), we hold the funds in escrow and notify you of the issue. You may request that we retry the withdrawal or transfer to an alternative payment method at no cost.

Wagers, Settlement, and Disputes

All wagers on gembira settle according to the official rules of the relevant sport, game, or league. For football markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League), we settle based on official league or tournament outcomes. For live-dealer games, settlement is determined by the wheel spin, card draw, or ball landing—all conducted live on camera. For slot games and Aviator, settlement is determined by our random-number-generator algorithm, certified by independent auditors.

We reserve the right to void a wager if we discover fraud, collusion, manipulation, or violation of these terms. If a wager is voided, the stake is returned to your account balance. We do not reimburse winnings from voided wagers.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. If you use gembira from outside a permitted jurisdiction, these terms do not protect you, and we assume no liability for any loss or harm. By using our platform, you accept our jurisdiction framework and agree not to pursue legal action against us outside our internal dispute-resolution process.
